JUDITH CASTLE – PORTRAIT OF A LIFE, EMBROIDERED

An artistic embroiderer with a passion for textile art and portraiture. Judith studied Creative Embroidery in the 1970’s and then rekindled her craft in 2015. Her work blends freehand machine embroidery and storytelling and she has earned recognition at the Royal Academy and beyond.
When she is not stitching or painting in Marlow Bottom Judith enjoys gardening and golfing at Castle Royle. Judith will be sharing her journey and insights with one of the many presentations she now gives to art and embroidery groups. She loves to inspire others to embrace the endless possibilities of textile art.
